Sans eux, toute ma musique demeure voil\u00e9<\/em><em>e<\/em>.\u202f\u00bb Entour\u00e9 de musiciens fid\u00e8les et compagnons de longue date, au violon, \u00e0 l\u2019accord\u00e9on ou \u00e0 la cithare, il tisse, au fil de la soir\u00e9e, une partition vivante faite d\u2019improvisations, de lectures de po\u00e8mes, d\u2019anecdotes intimes et d\u2019hommages musicaux. Chaque morceau, choisi ou invent\u00e9, devient de pr\u00e8s ou de loin une r\u00e9sonance d\u2019un chapitre de son livre, une traduction sonore d\u2019un \u00e9pisode de sa vie. La sc\u00e8ne devient ainsi le prolongement naturel de son livre: un lieu o\u00f9 le verbe s\u2019incarne dans la m\u00e9lodie, o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9criture se fait musique.
