Il est membre de la\u00a0<strong>C<\/strong>hambre des experts\u00a0Agr\u00e9\u00e9s,\u00a0Communaut\u00e9\u00a0Europ\u00e9enne <em>(CEACE)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e9 en 1967 \u00e0 Alep, en Syrie, Jalal arrive \u00e0 Paris \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 20 ans pour y accomplir ses \u00e9tudes. Le premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement li\u00e9 au phonographe qui l\u2019ait marqu\u00e9 date de 1989. La galerie Colbert, \u00e0 Paris, tout pr\u00e8s du Palais Royal, accueille alors l\u2019exposition <em>\u201cDe fil en aiguille\u201c<\/em>. Il va se lancer avec sa compagne, Charlotte, \u00e0 la recherche de mod\u00e8les int\u00e9ressants et d\u00e9velopper des contacts aux quatre coins du monde avec le milieu des collectionneurs. Pers\u00e9v\u00e9rant, il monte une collection personnelle vaste et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ses appareils ont servi pour le d\u00e9cor de nombreux films, parmi lesquels\u00a0La M\u00f4me\u00a0<em>(Olivier Dahan, 2007)<\/em>,\u00a0Un barrage contre le Pacifique\u00a0<em>(Rithy Panh, 2007)<\/em>,\u00a0Inglorious Bastard\u00a0<em>(Quentin Tarantino, 2009)<\/em>,\u00a0Midnight in Paris\u00a0<em>(Woody Allen, 2011)<\/em>,\u00a0Magic in the moonlight\u00a0<em>(Woody Allen, 2014)<\/em>,\u00a0Marguerite\u00a0<em>(Xavier Giannoli, 2015)<\/em>, Planetarium <em>(Rebecca Zlotowski)<\/em>, \u00a0Dalida <em>(Lisa Azuelos)<\/em>, Django Reinhardt <em>(Etienne Comar)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il exerce comme professionnel depuis 2000 et a ouvert en 2004 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phonogalerie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">La Phonogalerie<\/a>, un espace situ\u00e9 \u00e0 deux pas du PHONO Museum Paris d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019achat, la vente, la r\u00e9paration et la location de machines parlantes et documents sonores et papiers. Rapidement lui vient l\u2019id\u00e9e que cette collection doit \u00eatre expos\u00e9e et que ce champ de connaissances m\u00e9connues doit \u00eatre accessible \u00e0 tous. Docteur en histoire, il a consacr\u00e9 sa th\u00e8se \u00e0 la diffusion de l\u2019enregistrement sonore en France \u00e0 la Belle \u00c9poque <em>(1893-1914)<\/em>, aussi bien sous ses aspects musicaux, industriels, sociaux ou scientifiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depuis Janvier 2026, M. De l\u00e0 est n\u00e9e sa passion pour la musique enregistr\u00e9e, pour son histoire et particuli\u00e8rement pour les artistes oubli\u00e9s et les sonorit\u00e9s d\u2019un autre temps.
